3D and 4D Ultrasound Scans
The Women’s Health Group are delighted to be able to offer 3D ultrasound scans to expectant mums here in Kilkenny Ireland.
We have a busy obstetric and gynaecological scan and the addition of this new 3D scan facility is very exciting for us! It was only after seeing the pictures and listening to the reactions from our own patients that we realised how amazing it is to actually be able to see your own baby’s features, witness its movements, facial expressions and even recognise similarities between siblings!
We strive to create a personalized unique and memorable ultrasound session. We understand that this is a special moment for Mum and Dad as well as your guest. We have a special talent in creating a warm, educational, fun and exciting environment. We believe once you see your baby in 3D this will be a realization for some new parents and that you will become more aware of healthy pregnancy habits.
Any of you who are pregnant will know that whenever baby moves and your partner runs over to feel it, the movement invariably stops! Watching a dad’s face as he sees his child move, smile, yawn and stretch is very special. The images this scan produces brings home to both mum and dad the stunning reality of what is going to happen in a matter of months!
